The Comrades Digital Mall support team is available Monday – Saturday from 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (EAT). On Sundays, we’re recharging, but we’ll answer all inquiries as soon as we’re back in the office on the next business day.

We do our best to respond as quickly as possible. Our typical response time is within 30 minutes to 24 hours.
